Its great cause he really sounds like he's in abit of a huff. Oh well simple things and all that. Theres also a bit of speech before The Beginning Of Doves/Track 7 when Marc tries to explain how he wants the chorus "The ring was the thing that made it all begin" to be sang by everyone. Its really funny listening to him, I wonder where some of the Spinal Tap characteristics came from; Marc perhaps?
I know I said this for about the last week but I really am gonna sort out some cool links for you cats.
8:05 PM 16/1/2002 - Thanx first of all to Rickster for the message. After visiting a number of sites I found that there are Bolan Bops all over the country but sadly non seem to be in Newcastle. I was wondering if anyone would like to help in trying to set one up. It might be a bit too late to plan one for September but a Xmas one would be great. I'm sure theres enough fans of Bolan to cover any expenses of renting a venue but thats something that'll have to be sorted.

6:26 PM 13/1/2002 - Went to an event called Rock @ The Arena last night which takes place in Newcastle. I was kind and asked for any Marc Bolan song they had but still they didn't play anything.
I can't wait for T.Rextasy to come to Trillians Newcastle cause its gonna be the closest I'll ever get to a Bolan concert. Anyway back to the site, I'm hoping theres more people visiting now after I joined the web ring cause I would really like to put anybodys work on the site. REQUEST I would really like to hear some Bolan interviews but can't find any on the internet, and due to having no money what so ever I can't buy anything either. So if you have any bolan interviews could you please put them into either MP3 or Real format so I could listen to them.

Maybe this way I'll get some visitors seeing as the search engines are taking so long. Thanks to Debora for accepting the site aswell. I am still looking for people to exchange links with.

6:19 PM 2/1/2002 - Well I have uploaded an under construction page just in case you thought the site was broken when you found the could not find page message.
Theres a few songs which you can listen to in Media . The page isn't finished yet though so it looks a bit messy. Hope you enjoy the songs though I'm busy encoding some other songs at the moment so it shouldn't be long before theres a nice selection.

10:59 AM 12/30/2001 - Well here it is the very first coming of Sensation Boulevard. I have made this site after only a week of listening to Marc Bolans work. I first became aware of Bolan when I was very young, probably only about 6 when my Dad used to constantly play the Electric Warrior vinyl. Obviously not wanting to seem uncool and listen to what my Dad listened to I forgot about it and moved onto other music types.However I was constantly being reminded of T-Rex as 20th Century Boy seemed to be played by every band I went to see. I liked 20th Century Boy as a song but not for the fact it was by Bolan, in fact it could have been by anyone.
It wasn't until we were in the car delivering Christmas cards that a song really caught my ear and I couldnt stop listening. The song playing was Cosmic Dancer , a very moving song which I know now but didn't know at the time is about re-incarnation. So a few days later on Boxing Day I decided to go on a music mission and find any T-Rex album I could. I ended up buying the The Very Best Of TRex 2CD album which was a bargain at ten pounds and also the Acoustic Warrior album. If your a fan of Bolans work the Acoustic Warrior album is a must with its slow and soulful version of Get It On and slide guitar version of Telegram Sam
Well as its taking a while for me to get things the way I want them on the site its going to be coming in small parts, this being the first along with the Biography section. Please keep coming back because the site will be updated nearly every day.
